Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dispatch Rider to join our team. As a Dispatch Rider, you will be responsible for delivering packages, documents, and other items to various locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience as a dispatch rider and must be familiar with navigating city streets and traffic patterns.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages, documents, and other items to designated locations
• Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
• Ensure that all deliveries are made on time and in a safe manner
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers
• Keep accurate records of deliveries and obtain signatures as required
• Perform routine maintenance on the delivery vehicle and report any issues to the dispatcher
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the delivery vehicle
• Assist with loading and unloading packages as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience as a dispatch rider
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Familiarity with navigating city streets and traffic patterns
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.

• We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our growing team. A candidate that will be responsible for calling prospective customers, explaining our product, and guiding them through their purchase process.,
• A candidate who is persuasive, energetic, and ready to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction in the field of Luxurious Sanitary fittings, Pipe Fittings, Water Proofing, Flooring Solutions, Kitchen Wares & Bathroom Fittings, Adhesives, and Formwork materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager review
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for prospective customers and advise on appropriate purchase options
• Source and work customer referrals
• Facilitate cold and warm calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current customers
• Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed
• Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value
• Promote specific products as directed by upper management
• Inform leads and customers of current promotions and discounts
• Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or related discipline with 3-5 years experience
• Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
• CRM Certification is an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
