    Nurse

    We are currently seeking the services of an Industrial Nurse (Occupational Health Nurse) with specialized expertise in an industrial and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) setup. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees within the workplace.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide comprehensive healthcare services to employees, including assessment, treatment, and management of work-related injuries and illnesses.
    • Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings to ensure employees are fit for duty.
    • Develop and implement health promotion programs to enhance employee well-being and prevent occupational hazards.
    • Collaborate with other members of the team to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide first aid and emergency response services as needed, including the management of medical emergencies and incidents.
    • Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Participate in the development and delivery of employee training programs on health and safety topics.

    Requirements:

    • Degree in Nursing or related field, with certification as an Occupational Health Nurse preferred.
    • Previous experience working in an industrial or FMCG environment is highly desirable.
    • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and practices.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Current CPR and first aid certification.

    Audit Assistant

    We are currently seeking the services of an Audit Assistant with specialized expertise in industrial and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) settings. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the audit team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies within the workplace.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in conducting internal audits of operational processes, financial transactions, and compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Collaborate with the audit team to develop audit plans, procedures, and checklists to assess risks and evaluate controls.
    • Perform testing of internal controls, including sample selection, documentation review, and data analysis, to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement.
    • Collect and analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and potential areas of risk or non-compliance.
    • Prepare clear and concise audit workpapers, findings, and recommendations for review by senior auditors and management.
    • Communicate audit findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders, including department heads and process owners, and assist in developing action plans to address identified issues.
    • Follow up on the implementation of corrective actions and recommendations from previous audits to ensure resolution and closure.
    • Stay informed about changes in regulations, industry trends, and best practices related to auditing and compliance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Previous experience in auditing, preferably in an industrial or FMCG environment, is desirable but not required.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

    Generator Operator

    We are currently seeking the services of a Generator Operator with specialized expertise in industrial and FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) settings. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of generators to support uninterrupted power supply within the workplace.

    Responsibilities

    • Inspect the gensets & associated installations thoroughly at assigned times on a daily basis.
    • Conduct pre and post starting checks on the assigned gensets and associated installation before every operation.
    • Conduct hourly checks on the Gensets Engine, Main Alternator, Gensets Panel and Soundproofing Canopy, record all technical parameters related to assigned gensets on hourly basis.
    • Conduct hourly checks on diesel / Gas tank, diesel / Gas water separator and fuel lines for any sign of leakage.
    • Promptly Operate Changeover Switch as per set process to switch the electrical load on PHCN & Generator AC Power sources for ensuring 24x7 seamless power to the client premise.
    • Escalate any abnormality at site Gensets, Diesel / Gas Tank or Fuel Lines promptly to Supervisor by snapping pictures and sharing on email/WhatsApp or any approved means of communication.
    • Escalate promptly to the Maintenance Supervisor when the assigned Gensets is about to get due for Routine Service.
    • During diesel / Gas delivery at site, conduct diesel / Gas test using Hydrometer provided while taking pictures of the test and obtaining supervisor’s approval before commencement of delivery.
    • Properly measure & record initial and final level of diesel / Gas inside diesel / Gas tank and signoff only the quantity received exactly at site after delivery. Update the quantity received in diesel / Gas register with every delivery.
    • Wash and clean the Gensets externals and internals regularly to keep the gensets and surrounding very neat and clean at all times.
    • Ensure no pilferage of diesel / Gas occurs in normal operations as well as during the delivery of diesel / Gas by supplier.
    • Maintain shift handover and takeover records with date time and signoff in Handover/Takeover Register provided by the company.
    • Maintain all the amenities provided by the Company such as Uniform, Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs) as well as Registers, Hydrometer, Tools if any in very good condition.
    • Ensure the Generator Maintenance Card Log sheet is updated by the visiting Engineers on every maintenance activity is conducted.
    • Comply strictly with company processes related with QMS, OHAS & EHS policies by Pally Agro Limited.
    • Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Basic qualifications should be at least Trade Test passed or similar. ND/OND for Electrical field and at least Trade Test passed from Mechanical field.
    • BE in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or equivalent is a plus.
    • Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a leading industrial company with a strong experience in Power Supply/Generators industry.
    • Must be ready to relocate to other Zones/ Areas based on business needs.

    Competencies:

    • Hands on working experience on diesel / Gas generator and associated test equipment and tools
    • Well experienced in servicing, trouble shooting of all electrical system problems in Diesel / Gas Generator Sets
    • Well familiar with various types of Diesel / Gas Engine Generator Sets and specialized in 500&1000Kva Perkins brand of generator
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Team player that can be counted on to help when required
    • Self-starter with a 'Can-Do' attitude
    • Highly attentive to details
