    Head of Operations

    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to oversee and optimize our manufacturing processes.
    • The ideal candidate will lead our operations team in ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety throughout the production cycle.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and quality assurance, to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve operational performance.
    • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality management systems, and regulatory requirements.
    • Proficiency in project management .
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
