    Strategy Analyst

    The Strategy Analyst will take on a pivotal role in shaping and advancing strategic objectives of the investment management group. This position involves comprehensive market analysis, financial research, and the development of strategic recommendations to drive organizational growth and client success.

    Key Responsibilities

    In the role of Strategy Analyst, your core responsibilities will encompass:

    Market Research and Analysis

    • Conducting thorough market research to identify evolving trends, market opportunities, and potential risks in the Nigerian Financial Services landscape.
    • In-depth analysis of competitor activities and market dynamics to inform high-level strategic decisions.

    Financial Analysis

    • Evaluating complex financial data, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to assess the financial health of the organization and clients.
    • Developing financial models and forecasts to support strategic investment decisions.

    Strategy Development

    • Leading the formulation of innovative business strategies that align with market insights and financial goals.
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute and oversee strategic initiatives, with an emphasis on senior leadership guidance.

    Investment Advisory

    • Providing expert recommendations on investment opportunities and portfolio optimization to clients and senior management.
    • Taking a lead role in the creation of investment pitches and proposals, market insights, and comprehensive reports.

    Data Analysis

    • Analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and growth.

    Reporting and Presentation

    • Preparing in-depth, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and strategic progress to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and clients.

    Compliance and Regulation

    • Ensuring an unwavering commitment to compliance with financial regulations and leading compliance initiatives within the organization.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a Strategy or Investment Analyst role within the Financial Services sector.
    • Profound quantitative and analytical skills.
    • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
    • Deep knowledge of Nigerian financial regulations and expertise in interpreting market trends.
    • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to complex problem-solving.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and to lead strategic initiatives.

    Mid-Level Sales Personnel

    Job Role

    To provide Investment Advisory services to clients and Effective Management of clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive Sales, increase brand awareness, influence market share, and penetration and develop strategic and innovative ideas to accelerate revenue and work to build market share.
    • Develop solid partnerships with clients, peers, and management teams to facilitate efficiency, and productivity and achieve set targets
    • Provide Investment opinions to investors and prospects.
    • Monitor the Client’s investments and give proactive suggestions to enhance the portfolio.
    • Establish Client Investment objections, including risk tolerance, and asset allocation and recommend suitable Investment options.
    • Market Company Products and services to prospective Clients.
    • Preparation of weekly and monthly Sales reports for the Sales Team
    • Initiate and follow up on new business opportunities.
    • Identify and resolve client’s enquiries and queries, and ensure proper documentation of issues and resolution.
    • Advise and communicate with client on their investment performance and market trends.
    • Generation of new and creative ideas for new product development, to broaden the range of investment management services available to existing and potential client
    • Work closely with the Head of Sales to retain and expand market share for The First Ally Group.
    • Work closely with Portfolio managers and the Head of Sales/Head, Client Coverage to assist clients in developing the best wealth management strategies, which involves effectively matching clients' profiles with asset allocation recommendations.
    • Participate in marketing events such as seminars, exhibitions, and trade shows.
    • Perform other functions as assigned by the Head of Sales/Head, Client Coverage.

    Skills Required.

    Qualifications/Requirements
