    Executive Assistant

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meeting Management: Attend leadership meetings, take detailed notes, and track actionable items to ensure follow-through.
    • Follow-Up Communication: Manage and execute follow-up communications with team members and external partners to ensure that project milestones are met.
    • Travel Coordination: Arrange all aspects of travel for the President, including creating detailed itineraries, booking lodging, and organizing transportation.
    • Project Oversight: Assist in high-level project management by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely progress and adherence to deadlines.
    • Independence and Initiative: Handle tasks efficiently without constant direction, understanding the broader context of assignments to execute them accurately.

    • Seamless Support: You provide exemplary support that allows the President to function efficiently and effectively, enhancing their capacity to lead.
    • Project Coordination Excellence: Your coordination leads to the timely and successful completion of key projects and initiatives.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a technology or data services environment.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Technology Proficiency: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with project management software.

    PPC and Digital Campaigns Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • PPC Strategy Audit and Revamp: Perform a thorough audit of the current PPC strategy, and develop and implement a new, optimized PPC strategy to boost engagement and conversion rates.
    • Targeted Digital Campaigns: Launch digital campaigns specifically aimed at the logistics audience, integrating tactics across email marketing and social media platforms.
    • Pillar Page Development: Collaborate with the internal web team to create and launch eight new pillar pages featuring engaging content and videos, ensuring they align with the company’s branding.
    • Programmatic Campaign Implementation: Design and execute programmatic campaigns for each new landing page and pillar page, ensuring consistency with the client’s branding and messaging standards.
    • Ongoing Collaboration and Maintenance: Maintain close coordination with the internal web team and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with the brand’s standards and provide regular updates and progress reports.

    • Enhanced PPC Efficiency: You have successfully revamped the PPC strategy, resulting in higher engagement and improved conversion rates.
    • Effective Campaign Management: Your targeted campaigns have significantly increased relevance and impact within the logistics segment, enhancing customer engagement and lead generation.
    • Cohesive Brand Presentation: Through your efforts, all new digital content consistently reflects the brand, contributing to a unified corporate identity.

    Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in PPC strategy development, digital marketing, and managing targeted campaigns.
    • Proficient in analyzing data and adjusting strategies to maximize effectiveness.
    • Some understanding of email marketing, social media management, and content creation is highly advantageous. With a particular focus on AI-driven content generation tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
    • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a knack for detailed reporting and stakeholder management.
