    Finance Officer

    The Role

    Your Responsibilities will include:

    • Managing records and receipts
    • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
    • Processing invoices
    • Managing the office petty cash system
    • Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
    • Supporting the Finance Manager and executives with projects and tasks when required

    Ideal Profile

    Skills Required:

    • 1-3 years' hands-on experience in finance operations and book-keeping
    • BSC/HND in a relevant discipline
    • Comfortable using online accounting tools, eg Xero, Quickbooks, etc
    • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard

    Business Development Executive - Abuja

    The Role

    Your Responsibilities will include:

    • Achieving a minimum monthly target of N10million
    • Developing and managing a portfolio of customers and HNIs
    • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.

    Executive Assistant to the MD

    The Role

    Your Responsibilities will include:

    • Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
    • Responsible for providing administrative support to the MD's office
    • Responsible for booking and coordinating local and international travel for the team
    • Managing the MD's calendar
    • Receiving visitors on behalf of the MD
    • Filing and retrieving documents from the MD's office

    Ideal Profile

    Skills Required:

    • You have at least 1 year experience within a Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant/Customer Service role
