    Van Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Drive van, sell products to customers, deliver orders, inform about new products.
    • Prevent van and product damage, maintain cleanliness.
    • Check tire pressure, gas, oil levels; perform basic maintenance.
    • Boost sales, analyze competitors, sign contracts, collect payments.
    • Ensure safe delivery, maintain records, meet sales targets.
    • Visit 40 outlets daily, make neighborhood sales calls.
    • Reconcile with distributors daily.
    • Start at 7:30 am, end at 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.
    • First visit/call before 9:30 am.

    Requirements

    • Ability to assume responsibility for the delivery van and the products.
    • Experience in record keeping and managing sales contracts.
    • Working knowledge of basic van maintenance.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience as a Van Salesman, or similar role.
    • Valid driver’s license.
    • Good knowledge of relevant roads.
    • Ability to meet sales targets

    Open Market Sales Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect new customers to expand the client base.
    • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling techniques.
    • Demonstrate in-depth product or service knowledge to address customer needs and inquiries.
    • Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to convey the value proposition effectively.
    • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
    • Visit 40 outlets daily, make neighborhood sales calls.
    • Reconcile with distributors daily.
    • Start at 7:30 am, end at 5 pm, Monday to Saturday.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must possess an O'Level / OND
    • Proven experience in sales or a related field.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Familiarity with relevant industry products or services is a plus.

    Wholesale Sales Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and acquire new wholesale customers.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale customers.
    • Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products/services.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale clients.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
    • Provide product training and support to wholesale clients.
    • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, address customer concerns.
    • Visit 25 outlets daily, make sales calls in cluster markets.
    • Reconcile with distributors daily, start at 7:30 am, end by 5 pm.
    • Achieve Secondary Sales Target, with first visit/call before 9:30 am.
    • Work Monday to Saturday, with incentives based on performance.
    • Report to ASM.

    Requirements

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Prior wholesale sales experience
    • Strong understanding of products and competitors' offerings required.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to negotiate contracts and prices
    • Capacity to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Ability to manage accounts and track sales activities
    • Must adapt to changing market conditions and work hours.
