    System and Internal Control Manager

    Job Description

    • Facilitate effective and efficient operations by enabling the organization to respond to its significant risks.
    • See to quality of internal and external information and reporting;identify threat and risk associated with company’s mode of operation and recommend solutions
    • Ensure adequate compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies and procedures in the functionality of all units and departments.
    • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of implemented policies and procedures at all levels.
    • Identify future possible risk, concern and opportunities, provide adequate guideline or possible advice as needed.
    • Verify the existence of assets and recommend proper safeguards for their protection;
    • Evaluate the adequacy of the system of internal controls;recommend improvements in controls and create a seamless work synchronization.
    • Assess compliance with state and federal laws and contractual obligations.
    • Review operations/programs to ascertain whether results are consistent with established objectives and whether the operations/programs are being carried out as planned;
    • Investigate reported occurrences of fraud, embezzlement, theft, waste, etc.

    Qualification and Experience

    • B.Sc / HND in Accounting or any related courses and ACA is an added advantage
    • 5-7 years of Experience in the same role and not more than 40years in age
    • Verse experience in Audit and Consultancy is an added advantage.
    • Solid understanding and experience with internal control frameworks
    • Strong analytical skill which include ability to spot, assess and address risk, errors or imbalances and translate such to concrete financial report.

    Health and Safety Office

    Job Description

    • Provide psycho-social support to employees
    • Conducting RHM and Patrols
    • Conducting RTA & RCAs and ensuring documentations
    • Enforcing safety guidelines in line with company's policy and procedures
    • Monitoring and analysis of safety performance dashboard
    • Coordinate and arrange HSE related training and programmes
    • Knowledgeable about key logistics safety KPIs
    • Ensuring Quality Inspection of Assets and equipment

    Qualifications and Experience

    • HSE Level 1&2 certification from a reputable institution
    • 3-5 years experience in Logistics safety industry post NYSC
    • Candidate must be within age 22-30 and preferably Male applicant

    Fleet Officer

    Job Description

    • Good maintenance of company's vehicles and see to adequate adherence to safety precautions on the part of the drivers
    • Ensure that company's vehicles are used in a responsible and lawful manner, thereby reducing rate of depreciation
    • See to reduction incurred in the maintenance of company's vehicle and improve revenue inflow.
    • Initiate and recommend strategic means of ensuring strict compliance to safety rule and regulation
    • Collaborate with Drivers and Auto Mechanics in the organization to ensure operations run smoothly and our vehicles are maintained based on our organization’s standards.
    • Tasking and directing drivers, maintaining records of vehicle locations, and ensuring that vehicles are operated in a safe and responsible manner 
    • Organizing, controlling, and directing the activities of a fleet of vehicles, vessels and efficient utiliation of alloted fuel during journey.
    • Develop efficient driver schedules, register and license all vehicle under the company's jurisdiction
    • Ensuring efficient movement of goods and personnel, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
    • Facilitate and implement correctives actions and capacity building to manage entire fleet to achieve company’s objectives.

    Qualification and Experience

    • B.Sc / HND in Logistics or any related course of study
    • 3-5 years of experience in the same role
    • Conversant with Fleet Management Applications
    • Excellent analytical skill and attentive to details
    • Good People Management especially unskilled employees
    • Applicant should reside at Ewekoro and its environs, Ogun State.
