    Sales Manager

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

    Responsibilities

    • Serving as the face of the organization to internal and external partners
    • Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients
    • Setting sales quotas and goals
    • Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
    • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
    • Defining and executing territory sales plans
    • Manage and supervise all subordinate staff to ensure staff efficiency and optimize productivity for each staff
    • Monitor inventory, manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
    • Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
    • Ensure that sales targets are met per period and determine marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements
    • Prepare periodic budgets; monitor and schedule expenditures with a view to maintaining profitability; analyze variances in records or stock and initiate prompt corrective actions
    • Seek ways to better promote and the products and services offered by the business
    • Intervene in customer conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction
    • Market Company's product by studying advertising, sales promotion and display plans; analyzing operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.

    Requirements

    • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree qualification or HND.
    • 3 - 5 years of work experience
    • Experience as a Sales Manager is an added advantage
    • Flexibility to work (including weekends, or holidays)
    • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
    • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
    • Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales
    • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
    • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
    • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
    • Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
    • Advanced time management skills.

    Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid convictions to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost-­benefit of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other accepted means
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
    • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
    • Continuously improve through feedback

    Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor's degree
    • 2years of experience in sales
    • Call center or customer service experience preferred
    • Flexibility to work (including weekends, or holidays)
    • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
    • A commitment to excellent customer service.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
