    HR Generalist

    • The HR Generalist with a focus on Talent Acquisition and Payroll Administration will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires, as well as overseeing payroll administration duties.
    • This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for talent, and a thorough understanding of payroll processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the whole recruitment process for all positions in the organization, including job posts, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.
    • Create and implement new recruitment tactics to attract top talent.
    • Collaborate with recruiting managers to conduct job analyses and create job descriptions.
    • Coordinate new employee onboarding activities such as orientation meetings, paperwork completion, and training.
    • Manage the payroll process, which includes data entry, verification, and processing of payroll transactions.
    • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
    • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other applicable systems.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company rules governing personnel acquisition and payroll administration.
    • Stay informed on changes in employment laws and regulations.
    • Encourage positive employee relations by implementing effective communication, conflict resolution, and engagement strategies.
    • Plan and manage employee engagement activities, events, and projects.

    Requirements:

    • A bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a similar discipline.
    • Proven experience with workforce acquisition, recruitment, and payroll administration.
    • Experience with payroll applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Data entry and record-keeping require careful attention to detail and accuracy.

    Finance Manager

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for a Financial Manager with experience in E-Commerce (Retail), your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee financial operations within the organization.
    • You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial planning.

    Responsibilities:

    • Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, reports, and budgets to senior management. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial forecasting. Provide insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and identify areas for cost optimization.
    • Coordinate the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasting. Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures and provide explanations for variances.
    • Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring adequate liquidity for day-to-day operations and working capital requirements. Prepare cash flow forecasts and implement strategies to optimize cash flow management.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Streamline financial workflows and leverage technology to automate routine tasks.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as department heads, management teams, and cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support. Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, vendors, and auditors.
    • Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and evaluate financial risks, such as currency fluctuations, interest rate changes, and credit risks. Implement risk management practices to safeguard company assets.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICAN).
    • Proven experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficient in financial modeling, forecasting, and financial software applications.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
