    Sales Executive

    Job Overview

    • Our Sales Executives are pivotal in the sales and distribution process of our food products, aiming to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through adept relationship building and distribution strategies.
    • In this capacity, the sales Executives will engage with customers by delivering the company's products using advanced Tricycles, thus enhancing the overall customer experience.

    Job Description

    • Presenting, promoting and selling products and services to existing and prospective customers.
    • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
    • Maintaining a polite, humble, friendly and respectful behaviour to customers.
    • Resolving customers’ problems and complaints in a polite, humble, respectful and timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
    • Forward any reports on customer needs, comments, complaints, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to the BDM via email with the Human Resource Manager in copy on weekly basis.
    • Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the stipulated time.
    • Preparing daily reports.
    • Maintaining customer records, visiting customers and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote goods and services.
    • Obtaining deposits and balance of payments and handing same to the cashier.
    • Liaising with issuing unit to ensure that all products in the store are sold.
    • Portraying honesty, integrity, and attention to detail in the course of your work.
    • Carrying out your duties in a timely and proactive manner.
    • Complying with the company’s policies, rules and regulations.

    Job Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience as a sales executive or a similar role, especially in FMCG.
    • Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistical methods.
    • Must have a valid driver’s license
    • Ability to ride tricycle.
    • Understanding of commercial trends, Sales and Distribution strategies.
    • Integrity and reliability.

    Work Hours:

    • 7:30am to 6pm.
    • 5 work days weekly.
    • Off days.

    Remuneration and Benefits

    • Salary: N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
    • Quarterly bonus package

    Puree Production Manager

    Job Details
    Production Oversight:

    • Supervise the entire potato puree production process from raw material intake to finished product packaging.
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste.
    • Monitor production metrics such as yield, and quality to identify areas for improvement.

    Staff Management:

    • Supervise production staff, including machine operators, technicians, and sanitation workers.
    • Provide coaching and guidance to ensure team members perform their duties effectively and safely.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and address any performance issues in a timely manner.

    Quality Assurance:

    • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain consistency and ensure the production of high-quality potato puree.
    • Work closely with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
    • Regularly inspect equipment and production areas to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.

    Inventory Management:

    • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials.
    • Monitor inventory levels and production output to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.

    Continuous Improvement:

    • Identify opportunities for process optimization, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and best practices.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience as a puree supervisor in Regional Levels a or a similar role, especially in FMCG.
    • Good understanding of puree production.

    Work Hours:

    • 8:00am to 5:00pm.
    • 5 work days weekly.
    • Off days.

    Remuneration and Benefits

    • Salary: N50,000 - N70,000 Monthly.
