    Facility Coordinator

    Job Summary

    • As our Facility coordinator, You will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair and/or replacement of all mechanical and electrical systems, and hospital equipment.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
    • Prepare preventive maintenance work orders and perform hospital rounds according to schedule to identify and make repairs to systems.
    • Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lighting and equipment operation in the hospital.
    • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers and ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to.
    • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities and monitor work done by suppliers and contractors to ensure service rendered meets the agreed quality and specification.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree / H.N.D in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
    • 5+ years Proven Experience
    • Professional certification from Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN)or any other relevant professional body is an added advantage.

    Project Manager

    Job Summary

    • As our Project Manager, you will play a vital role in planning, executing and overseeing construction projects related to roads and bridges.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including project scope, budget, schedule and resource allocation and create project timelines, milestones, deliverables for each project.
    • Possess specialized knowledge in road and bridge construction, including construction methods, materials and relevant regulations and oversee the construction of roads, bridges and related infrastructure projects.
    • Ensure all roadworks and bridge construction adheres to design specifications and meets industry standards and safety regulations and implement quality control processes and inspection
    • Monitor project costs and expenditures, controlling financial performance and address cost overruns and implement cost-saving measures

    Requirements

    • BSC in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent. MBA/M.Sc. is an added advantage.
    • Minimum 7 years project Manager in roadworks and bridge construction projects with at least 5 years in senior management role.
    • In-depth knowledge of road and bridge construction techniques, materials and best practices.
    • Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is an added advantage.

    Foreman Concrete Producer

    Job Summary

    • As our Foreman Concrete Producer, you will produce concrete precast items in the yard, and pouring concrete for cast in various structures related to construction of roads and associated infrastructures.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute concrete works, including precast and site concrete pouring and arrange materials and allocate crews for concrete production activities.
    • Collaborate with batching plant operators, carpentry, steel fixing, and other foremen to ensure timely, quality and safe work execution
    • Train and develop masons and helpers on proper techniques and equipment handling and monitor equipment/mixers, tools, precast molds, and material usage and report any shortages
    • Report manpower daily (Manpower Time Sheet / Concrete production report) and monitor team performance and provide feedback to superiors for improvement

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE certification.
    • Proven track record in the construction industry, specifically concrete production, precast, and pouring at site in asphalt road construction and associated civil activities
    • Know-how of concreting activities, including precast of drains and box culverts
    • Strong understanding of material control, production planning, and concrete quality and manpower supervision ability.

    Material Engineer

    Job Summary

    • As our Material Engineer, you will maintain proper tracking of materials in the project.

    Responsibilities

    • Ability to contact suppliers and coordinate delivery of project materials.
    • Prepare and maintain material control documentation, including delivery records and registers.
    • Identify and resolve material storage issues promptly and effectively.
    • Provide technical support to construction crews for material delivery.
    • Tracking materials and expedite delivery to site.

    Requirements

    • HND/BSC in Civil Engineering from a reputable university
    • Proven 5+ years track record in the construction industry, specifically in asphalt road construction and associated civil activities.
    • In-depth knowledge of asphalt road construction and associated civil activities (e.g. drains, culverts, bridges).
    • Strong understanding of material engineering principles and practices.

    Foreman Kerbs Installer

    Job Summary

    • As our Foreman Kerbs Installer, you will be responsible for installation of kerb stones and precast items for water drainage systems including but not limited to blinding, install precast, alignment, final fixing, and chocking.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan kerb stone installation, including arranging materials and allocating crews and collaborate with other foremen to ensure work execution is timely, of quality and safely
    • Supervise and manage a team of kerb stone installers and train and develop installers on proper techniques and equipment handling.
    • Ensure adequate control of materials, including kerb stones, bedding, and installation and monitor equipment and material usage and report any discrepancies or shortages
    • Report Manpower daily (Manpower Time Sheet)

    Requirements

    • Minimum of Ssce certification
    • Proven track record in the construction industry, specifically installation of kerbs and precast in asphalt road construction and associated civil activities
    • Know-how of civil activities mainly kerbs installation and precast of drains and box culverts and strong understanding of materials control.
