    Visa Officer/Customer Relations

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    1. Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients regarding visa requirements, processes, and application procedures.
    2. Process visa applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring all required documents are submitted and in compliance with relevant regulations.
    3. Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documentation for visa applications.
    4. Liaise with embassies, and other relevant authorities to track visa application statuses and obtain updates on behalf of clients.
    5. Maintain accurate records of visa applications, payments, and correspondence with clients.
    6. Provide assistance and support to clients throughout the visa application process, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
    7. Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the client.
    8. Keep abreast of changes in visa regulations and procedures, updating clients accordingly to ensure compliance.
    9. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline visa processes and improve customer service delivery.
    10. Prepare and submit reports on visa application statistics, processing times, and client feedback.

    Requirements and Skills:

    1. Suitable applicants must be residents in Lagos.
    2. Applicants must be between the ages of 22-35 years old.
    3. Applicants must be in good health.
    4. Applicants must be able to work both remotely and in the office.
    5. Applicants must possess a personal laptop.
    6. Knowledge of visa regulations and procedures is preferred.
    7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and authorities.
    8. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    9. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
    10. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
