JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Land surveyor is required to measure, map, assess, and collect and interpret information about specific pieces of land. They often work on land due to be redeveloped (built on) or on which the built infrastructure is due to be repaired – but not always. Make exact measurements and determine property boundaries. Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth's surface for engineering, mapmaking, mining, land evaluation, construction, and other purposes.
The below are the responsibilities of the Land Surveyor;
Role Expectation
The Land surveyor will be both on site and office based. Site visits and inspections are conducted outside in all weathers and office facilities may be located in temporary buildings or converted premises.
