PURPOSE
The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to circulate information to interested organization to submit their interest for the supply of Diesel (AGO) to Pact West Africa Office, Abuja, Nigeria. If your organization is interested, please responded to the eligibility requirements for consideration.
Please note that this is not a Request for quotation (RFQ) nor a commitment from Pact Nigeria to fund any organization that responds by sending an expression of interest. Pact Nigeria will release a detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) to only pre-qualified vendors.
What type of organization are we looking for?
Pact is looking for reputable organizations duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and can supply up to 3000 liters of diesel in one (1) purchase. The organization should be able to make delivery to Pact West Africa Office located at House 5, No. 16. P.O.W. Mafemi Crescent, Off Solomon Lar way, Utako, Abuja. The company must comply with all legal standards and compliance and have the legal right to operate in Nigeria as a Limited Liability Company or as an Enterprise.
Targeted geographic area: All organizations expression their interest should have physical office/presence in Abuja, Nigeria to be considered.

A technical panel will be constituted to review the EoI and shortlist organizations based on the criteria listed above.
At this stage, a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ qualifier will be used to rate all the criterions above, and only bidders with an ALL yes qualifier, to the above listed criteria will proceed to the next stage.
Only organizations that satisfy the Pre-qualification requirements will be contacted.
Interested organizations are encouraged to send in any request for clarification via email to pactngprocurement@pactworld.org not later than 3 working days to the bid closing date.

Late submissions will not be considered or accepted.
Note: This advertisement shall not be construed as a commitment on the part of Pact to appoint any organization nor shall it entitle any organization to claim any indemnity from Pact. Importantly, all costs incurred by bidders because of this process and any subsequent requests for information shall be borne by the bidding organizations. This would include any costs incurred during functional demonstrations and subsequent meetings and negotiations.
