    Client Services Manager

    Reports to: COO
    Commitment: Full time

    Job Description

    • The Client Services Manager (CSM) ) is a dynamic professional responsible for overseeing all customer relations at our company. Our Company is on a mission to help our customers succeed by enabling the safe use of social media while protecting the enterprise from unnecessary risk and remaining compliant.

    Responsibilities

    • Interact with the Company’s current and potential customers
    • Compile data from a range of different communication channels, including a company's website, telephone, email, live chat, marketing materials and more recently, social media
    • Managing workflows and access controls
    • Analyzing data and schedules to suggest new processes and procedures
    • Create reports and dashboards based on requirements
    • Tracking daily tasks, measuring and reporting of all activities at a customer level
    • Handles all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks

    Requirements

    • Experience working with global banks and/or large global companies
    • Bachelor's degree required (Equivalent Salesforce work experience may be considered.)
    • 2+ years of relevant Salesforce experience
    • Experience working in a FinTech
    • Track record retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Salesforce.com, other CRM or data management/BI systems
    • Strong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
    • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
    • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
    • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
    • Fluent in written and verbal English
    • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and decompose high-level information into details
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; Office 365
    • Ability to work as part of a team, build strong relationships, solve problems, improve processes, analyze trends, identify efficiencies, and champion change.
    • Experience using Salesforce data tools
    • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
