Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain student files and records
Handle correspondence between parents and the school e.g. emails, reports, etc.
Provide daily support to teachers e.g. generating letters, making copies, etc.
First point of contact between visitors (e.g. those making enquiries) and the school
Required skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good time-management and problem-solving skills
Be able to work independently
Customer service skills
Good use of office suite applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, presentations)
Minimum of HND or BSc.
