Junior Store Manager (Trainee) at Outsource Company

Job Responsibilities

• Learn intensively about the store organization and its processes by assisting the Store Manager and the Deputy Store manager in daily operations.
• Learn to develop and maintain a high level of store performance (strive for operational excellence), for running the store efficiently and for reaching the operational and financial goals.
• Aim to be able to execute all of the Store Manager's tasks.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Higher or at least mid-level education, retail or wholesales management
• At least one year experience in the (food) retail business.

Skills Requirements:

• A keen eye for details and a fast learner
• Strong organizational skills and being a doer
• Comprehensive understanding of food quality and freshness
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to be the future leader of the store
• Energy, drive and a strong can-do attitude (getting-it-done mentality)
