Graduate Intern at Ascentech Services Limited

Location: Mainland, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
• Writing and sending emails, letters, etc.
• Assist in preparing information and research materials; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations
• Take notes and memos during meetings; type documents, drafts, and reports; sort and manage files
• Run general industry related errands

Education, General Skills and Requirements

• Entry level
• A recent graduate who has completed the compulsory National Service year
• Skilled in memo writing, letter writing,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proximity to the job location is preferred
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision
• Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
