Job description
Train and providing guidance to customer and agents acquired on all products and services
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, marketing activities and competitors
Integrate successfully clients and take the connection live
Get customers to start consuming company’s products and services
Identify all open markets in all territories – market sizing
Identify key players in these open markets who can help with penetration pathway
Maintain and prepare reports by collecting , analyzing and summarizing information
Contributes to the team effort
Desired Skills and Experience
Candidate must be qualified to degree level or equivalent and must have experience in e-marketing. Good IT skills are necessary; the candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, and will have a desire to learn progressively throughout their career due to the nature of the industry
