Job description
1. Design and support the personnel treansfer solution, to ensure transfer solution compliance with local laws; ;
2. Personnel transfer engagement and negotiation with customer;
3. French-speaking region personnel transfer solution implementation, transfer employee communication, ensure the transfer successful;
Desired Skills and Experience
1. Familiar with French-speaking region laws and labor laws, especially WA experiences are preferred;
2. Successful experience of French-speaking region personnel transfer or outsourcing project implementation;
3. Good communication and negotiation skill;
4. Familiar with TELCOs structure is highly preferred.
5. French and English both Language can be work Language;
6. 5 years and above experience on HR-related domain;
7. Bachelor and above degree.
