    Security Guard Training Instructor

    Description: To provide instruction in Security guard training courses

    Certification Requirements

    • Currently licensed as a principal guard with a guard agency for at least 2 years
    • Currently certified as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) or a Certified Security Consultant (CSC)  by the International Association of Professional Security Consultants.

    Experience Requirements

    • As a guard (anyone acting in a guard capacity, plus two (2) years’ experience as a Supervisor, Trainer, Instructor, or Manager of guard employees
    • As a guard (anyone acting in a guard capacity), plus a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or its equivalent (Law degree)
    • As a law enforcement officer with a state or political subdivision

    Age requirement : 30 years old to 45 years old
