    Executive Administrative Assistant

    Responsibilities

    • Acting as the administrative point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
    • Undertaking tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence.
    • Handling executive requests and queries appropriately.
    • Produce reports, presentations and briefs, drafting letters and proposals.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/HND qualification, with 3 years work experience
    • Proven experience as an executive administrative assistant.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS office.
    • Ability to multitask
    • Strong communication skills, self-initiative, organizing and analytical skills.
