    Account Manager

    Job Summary:

    • The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product.
    • This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Lead and operate projects based on objectives and market strategies, and ensure the achievement of the market expansion.
    • Build relationships with customers and channel partners based on knowledge of technology as well as the customer’s business environment.
    • Maintain account and opportunity updates within IT system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities.
    • Selling products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing.
    • Capable to analyze market situation and operator terminal device development strategies, capable to align strategies, design the solution, guide to solve problems and improve solution competitiveness with Operators.
    • Establishment of quotes, processing and monitoring orders.
    • Lead multiple client projects with challenging goals and objectives.
    • Provide best customer experience.

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success.
    • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
    • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or above.
    • Over 3 years’ working experience with operators or vendors of operators
    • Have general knowledge of electronic products, terminal devices and Operator process
    • Have experience in tender management and a strong portfolio of clients from traditional and organized local channels and Operator channels.
    • Should have strong communication, organizational skills and should be passionate about customer
    • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
