    Acquisition Manager

    • We're looking for someone who brings a wealth of experience in healthcare marketing, a strong network within the industry, and the confidence to work independently in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop Comprehensive Marketing Strategies:

    • Create and implement a detailed marketing plan tailored to the healthcare sector, focusing on identifying target markets, key decision-makers, and opportunities for growth.

    Campaign Management:

    • Design, launch, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) aimed at increasing brand awareness and generating qualified leads.

    Content Development:

    • Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and online content, to effectively communicate Mikul Health’s value proposition.

    Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, corporate wellness programs, and other healthcare providers.

    Relationship Building:

    • Leverage existing relationships and proactively establish new ones with key decision-makers such as hospital administrators, corporate health managers, and healthcare providers.

    Client Meetings:

    • Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients and prospects, two to three times a week, to understand their needs, present tailored solutions.

    Market Research and Insights:

    • Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Use these insights to refine marketing strategies and keep Mikul Health competitive.

    Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

    • Analyze Campaign Effectiveness: Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and client acquisition strategies, using data to continuously optimize performance.
    • Regular Reporting: Provide detailed reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, client acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI), to inform strategic decision-making.
    • Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize impact and meet client acquisition targets.

    Collaboration and Independent Execution:

    • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service, to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a strong network of contacts in hospitals and corporate healthcare clients.
    • Proven track record of success in client acquisition and business growth within the healthcare industry.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and data analytics.
