    Admin Manager

    What you would do

    • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes that fits our culture and core values;
    • Develop strategies that ensures smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations;
    • Manage the inventory of office supplies and the procurement of new material with attention to budgetary constraints;
    • Ensure maintainable practices that prolong the life of all Banks non IT related assets are implemented
    • Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions;
    • Oversee special projects and track progress towards company goals;
    • Supervision of Drivers, Securities, and Cleaners
    • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation;
    • Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities (e.g. electricians) while ensuring good vendor relationship;
    • Organize, manage and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.);
    • Ensure optimal usage of vehicles by ensuring proper vehicle maintenance (Servicing and repairs), vehicle checks and fuel management;
    • Utilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles in case of theft;
    • Developing strategies for greater fuel efficiency vehicle management, operational efficiency and improve the tracking GPS system to manage drivers and track company’s vehicles;
    • Develop operational processes to ensure adherence to policies and regulations;
    • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments;

    What you should have

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field. MBA would be an added advantage
    • Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
    • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
    • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
    • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
    • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
    • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
