Description

• A leading construction company in the construction industry is looking to fill the role of Administrative Officer who will be responsible for stock management and reconciliation, management of pool cars and drivers within the organization as well as management of incoming and outgoing consumable items.

Responsibilities

• Stock management and reconciliation
• Distribute materials when the need arise
• Management of office incoming and outgoing consumable items
• Processing of all invoices for prompt payment
• Periodic verification and reconciliation of all office items and a complete up to date list of all store items/office supplies
• Filling and documentation
• Handling email correspondences

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the above job description in a reputable organization.
• BSc / HND in Business Administration, Economics OR any other related discipline.
• Professional certification in NIM or a related discipline is an added advantage.
• Must be tech savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft packages, PowerPoint, excel, MS Word, Exchange
• Good record-keeping/document-filling skills
