Job Description:

• Initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions.
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
• Ensure the effective implementation of Knowledge Management System throughout the organization.
• Ensure effective operational control and implement operational strategy as directed by the organization.
• Ensure effectiveness and quality of work.
• Operate in conformance with the documentation requirements of the QMS.
• Stop work in progress to make appropriate notifications when unsafe conditions exist or requirements are not being met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant management degree
• Minimum of Five – Ten years work experience in Administrative Capacity.
• Decisive with excellent critical thinking skills
• Good written and verbal communication abilities, including preparing and giving presentations
• Professional Certification (NIM, ISMN etc.)
• Proficiency in the use of Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
• MBA or its equivalent will be an Added Advantage
