    Administrative Officer

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office ensuring a well organized and efficient work environment
    • Manage office supplies, equipment and facilities including ordering, inventory management and maintenance
    • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs
    • Prepare and edit correspondences, reports and other documents as needed
    • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences and appointments, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
    • Assist with budget preparation and monitor office expenses to ensure they align with the budget.

    Educational Qualification and Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in relevant discipline from a reputable educational institution with 3-5 years experience
    • Proven experience in the same position
    • Female preferred for gender balance
    • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent organization, attention to details, coordination and collaborative skills
    • Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Effective communication skills.
