    Administrative Officer

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Managing Office Operations: Supervising and coordinating administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.
    • Record Keeping: Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documents.
    • Communication: Handling internal and external communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
    • Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives or team members.
    • Budget Management: Assisting with budget preparation and financial record-keeping.
    • Procurement: Overseeing office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
    • Data Entry: Inputting and maintaining data in spreadsheets and databases.
    • Administrative Support: Providing support to staff, including word processing, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
    • Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, and documents for management.
    • Policy Implementation: Ensuring that office policies and procedures are followed.
    • Event Planning: Organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Filing and Documentation: Managing and archiving documents and ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements.
    • Office Maintenance: Overseeing office facilities, repairs, and maintenance.
    • Administrative Projects: Undertaking special projects as assigned by superiors.
    • Team Collaboration: Working closely with other departments and staff to facilitate efficient operations.
    • Problem Solving: Resolving day-to-day administrative issues and challenges.

    QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS:HND/BSC in Business Administration or related field from recognized institution.

    • 2-3 years experience as an Administrative officer in Printing and Advertising Company or has administrative experience 
    • Experience in providing customer service support
    • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
    • Proficiency in English
    • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is typically required. Familiarity with database software and other relevant tools may also be necessary.
    • provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, or employees
    • Ability to think strategically and to lead
    • Strong client-facing and communication skills
    • Knowledge of Office Equipment: Familiarity with office equipment like copiers, printers, and fax machines may be required.
    • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately is crucial
