Our client is currently in need of an administrative officer for immediate employment
LOCATION: Lekki
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage office supplies stock and place orders
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
Maintain and update company data bases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Answer queries by employees and clients
Update office update as needed
Maintain a company calendar md schedule appointments
Organize meetings
Distribute and direct correspondence (e.g. letters, emails, packages)
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
Arrange travel and accommodation
Schedule in-house and external events
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
BSC/HND holders can apply
Minimum of 2 years experience as an admin officer
Good presentation skills
Time management skills
Attention to detail
Good computer skills
