Architect(Female) at Sheltermonics

JOB BRIEF

We are looking for an experienced female architect with experience in 3d visualization and interior design.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spatial planning and development
• Working with clients to determine requirements for building projects
• Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements
• Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project
• Directing staff in the development of project drawings, studies and budgets
• Preparing work contracts for building subcontractors
• Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans
• 3D visualization.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILL

• At least a Bachelor Degree (1st Class or 2nd Class) in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in similar position
• Use of the following software:
• Expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit Sketchup, and some knowledge of a 3D software rendering software (Lumion, 3D max… etc.)
