Requirements

• HND/ Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Professional license or registration as an architect.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent design, visualization, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills and not less than 30 years old.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop architectural plans, concepts, and layouts for various projects.
• Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using architectural software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently.
• Review and approve construction drawings and documents.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns.
