    Area Sales Managers

    Locations: Lagos, Akwa Ibom, Delta, Port Harcourt, Kano, Abuja, Calabar

    Job Summary:

    As Area Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for recruiting and retaining key distributor, wholesale and retail customers in your assigned location(s).

    Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment and retention of viable key distributor, wholesale and retail customers in assigned location(s) that will drive and sustain the growth of the Portfolio. 
    • Achieve monthly GMV set target for the location(s) by the Key Distributor(s).
    • Drive minimum number of SKUs per Distributor orders. 
    • Manage inventory days from the Distributor based on set targets. 
    • Manage Secondary Sales Force in the assigned location(s) to drive numeric and weighted distribution. 
    • Work closely with the RTM team to ensure best priced purchases across products in the category that can guarantee target achievement.
    • Weekly market intelligence report to the Line Manager.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in drinks category management is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools and software for sales analysis (e.g., CRM systems, Excel, data visualization tools).
    • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing effective consumer incentives.
    • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive for achieving sales targets and objectives.
    • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
