Assistant Facility Manager at Meditrack Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist to supervise a multi-disciplinary team of staff including Janitors, Security Guards, Technicians, Gardeners, etc.
• Coordinate and ensure efficient and comprehensive services for  security,  janitorial and technical operations in the facility.
• Assist in overseeing all aspects of the respective units, including coordination of operations, managing, training, and conducting effective performance evaluations for all staff.
• Assist with staff recruitment, deployment, and managing all leave schedules.
• Develop and implement measures and schedules as required for all units operations.
• Develop training modules for new staff, conduct monthly training sessions, and oversee the implementation and effectiveness of learning from training.
• Assist to develop and implement standard procedures for both security and janitorial operations.
• Monitor equipment and supplies for both units, conduct maintenance schedules, and facilitate timely procurement and repairs.
• Perform other functions as required by line manager and/or management.
