    Assistant General Manager

    Job Overview

    • The Assistant General Manager will oversee branch operations to achieve sales targets, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold the highest standards of service excellence.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the General Manager in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-end clients, providing VIP-level customer service and ensuring a personalized sales experience.
    • Drive new business development by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
    • Analyze sales trends and market conditions to adjust sales strategies as needed.
    • Monitor daily sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance to the General Manager.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to create strategies and campaigns that effectively reach target markets.
    • Ensure that all sales operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Participate in key negotiations with potential clients and close high-value deals.
    • Stay updated on the latest luxury vehicle trends, features, and competitive landscape to maintain a strong market position.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the automobile industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
