    Assistant General Manager

    REQUIREMENT:

    • Candidate must have vast experience in the Management of a Production factory
    • Ability to run the operations of the business with no supervision from the Group General Manager

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for improving efficiency and increasing departmental profits while managing the company's overall operations
    • Ensure that cashflow targets are met and the business objectives are achieved
    • Developing and implementing growth strategies
    • Training low-level managers and staff
