Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, ensuring high levels of performance and guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a commitment to resolution.
• Work alongside the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain consistency in service and quality.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in creating and updating menus, specials, and promotions.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Candidats should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years experience.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures.
