    Assistant Sales Manager

    About the job

    • Sales Leadership: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company revenue goals.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and identify and pursue new business opportunities.
    • Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the company's shipping services and solutions, and be able to effectively communicate this knowledge to customers.
    • Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales revenue, and track and analyze sales performance metrics.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as operations and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company goals.
    • Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers, and close sales deals.
    • Training and Development: Provide training and development to sales team members to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
    • Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to senior management and provide regular feedback to team members on their sales performance.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and competitors.
