Job description

• Conduct thorough and systematic examinations of payroll, financial records, reports, and documentation to verify their accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Identify and assess areas of financial risk and recommend measures to mitigate potential issues.
• Perform internal audits on all the depot and warehouse to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations for corrective action.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement audit recommendations and monitor their progress.
• Preparation and interpretation of periodic and annual plan and budget.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and adapt audit procedures accordingly.
• Assist in the development and implementation of audit programs and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide support during external audits and regulatory examinations by gathering requested information and assisting auditors as needed.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives such as stock taking or any other task as assigned by management.
