Job Description

• Scrutinisng incoming spare part orders to ensure that part members / descriptions correlate to what is physically received and stock counts balance to the waybills and other shipping documents.
• To ensure that the outgoing spare part orders are accurately fulfilled and that despatch documents strictly adhere to the requirements of company rules, policies, and prcedures.
• Responsible for the label monitoring of spare parts and the upkeep of all bin storage area specification signage.
• Responsible for inventory control and reporting, inclusive of conducting accurate stock counts as instructed by the spares department supervisor.
• Custodian of housekeeping and compliance with all health and safety protocols and procedures with in The store.
• Maintain the control of physical documentation and to keep all document files in good order.
• Regular audits of workshop tools and reporting of damaged, or missng parts to the Supervisor.
• Monitoring and receiving purchase parts as well as reconciliation with the mechanics and service team.
