    Business Development Administrator

    Job Responsibilities
    Client Sourcing:

    • Identify and source potential clients for corporate gifts and promotional products, leveraging your network and marketing expertise.

    Lead Management:

    • Follow up extensively on leads provided by the company, ensuring that each lead is nurtured and converted into a client.

    Sales and Deal Closure:

    • Drive the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring that deals are sealed within a 1 to 2-month timeframe.

    Client Engagement:

    • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring their needs are met.

    Feedback and Reporting:

    • Provide regular feedback to management on client interactions, deal progress, and any challenges encountered.

    Market Expertise:

    • Bring your marketing expertise to the role, utilizing proven strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Transportation Management:

    • Efficiently manage the transportation budget provided for client visits and other marketing activities.

    Job Requirements
    Educational Background:

    • OND or BSc in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Proven experience in marketing, with a background in insurance sales being a strong advantage.

    Sales Skills:

    • Strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.

    Communication Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients.

    Follow-up Skills:

    • Demonstrated ability to follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with potential clients.

    Time Management:

    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure deals are closed within the expected timeframe.

    Results-Driven:

    • A track record of bringing in new business and achieving sales goals.

    Transportation:

    • Must be willing and able to travel to meet clients within Lagos and beyond.
