Key Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Consultant at Mosaug Consulting in Lagos and Port-Harcourt. What a day as a business development consultant will look like:

• Selling and pitching to clients
• Product development and marketing
• Product positioning, branding and product line strategies
• Market penetration
• Conducting customer, competitor and market research
• Modeling and establishment of end-to-end procurement and logistics processes.
• Generating data and reports to show progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business consulting, strategy development, or financial advisory services.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing business strategies and expansion plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work alone but also contribute to the team
• Excellent active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Decisiveness and strategic thinking
• Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
