    Business Development Executive / Digital Marketer

    Job Summary

    • Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a strong competency in Business Development and Digital Marketing? We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive.
    • If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional marketing skills, and have a proven track record in lead generation and closing deals, we want to hear from you!
    • You would be assign a business portfolio and shall be responsible for the entire business development, marketing and growth of the business. Your central goal is to development and implement integrated marketing strategy - with strong emphasis on digital channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective business development and marketing strategies.
    • Drive integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
    • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic networking and partnerships.
    • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Nurture client relationships and lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
    • Designing and overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.
    • Planning and managing our social media platforms.
    • Preparing accurate reports on our marketing campaign’s overall performance.
    • Coordinating with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
    • Evaluating important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
    • Working with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in Business Development and Digital Marketing.
    • A minimum of 2-5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
    • Proficiency in integrated marketing approaches, including digital, social media, and traditional channels.
    • Strong ability to generate leads and successfully close deals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
