Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in real estate business development or investment roles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
