    Business Development Lead

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Create new profitable partnerships for the company in different sectors with the aim of selling the company’s products, platforms, and channels.
    • Research and evaluate new partnership opportunities for the company.
    • Increase demand for company’s platforms, products, and channels.
    • Execute marketing strategy and the execution of plans for existing partners.
    • Manage mobile campaigns and distribution channels for new products.
    • Increase the company’s brand awareness and market share in the mobile/digital space.
    • Increase the company’s revenue base through partnerships with brands leveraging on the company’s platforms and products
    • Develop and maintain client relationships
    • Create and implement processes and policies to support the overall business
    • Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline
    • Drive the end-to-end sales process
    • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
    • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
    • Build, develop and lead a high-performing team to meet aggressive growth goals;

    REQUIREMENT

    • Independent, smart, goal driven, thinker, presentable, outspoken, eloquent, result oriented, passionate about building, creating, and sustaining relationships in the FMCG industry, and tech savvy.
    • FMCG and Industry related experience is highly preferred 
    • BS degree in Business Administration or any related courses
    • Management consulting experience (preferred);
    • Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) sales
    • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies
    • Familiarity with deck design tools such as CANVA, powerpoint and google Slide.
