    Business Development Manager

    Role Overview:

    • As a Business Developer at Ace360media, you will be pivotal in establishing and expanding our business.
    • You will take charge of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving client acquisition.
    • This role requires you to be self dependent while also working closely with our team to develop and execute strategies that align with our vision while overcoming the challenges of a startup environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and prospect potential clients across various industries.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure new business and close deals.

    Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
    • Collaborate with the leadership team to refine our value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
    • Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.

    Sales and Marketing Integration:

    • Create compelling proposals, marketing and sales materials, campaigns and strategies.
    • Utilize digital marketing tools and techniques to generate leads, nurture prospects, and convert opportunities into clients.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed.

    Networking and Industry Engagement:

    • Represent Ace360media at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand presence and establish connections.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients and internally.

    Operational and Administrative Duties:

    • Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up with leads and clients.
    • Develop and maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

    What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be Like:

    • Meet and exceed sales quotas by engaging with prospects and setting up high-quality meetings that lead to a strong pipeline and revenue.
    • Utilize lead generation tools and techniques for outbound prospecting.
    • Make contact with potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, social media, and chat.
    • Initiate and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Ensure effective management of relationships with key clients.
    • Maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise-focused deals in CRM.
    • Create content across our social media accounts
    • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly across all channels.
    • Review sales performance against budgets regularly and recommend action plans for improvement.
    • Prepare detailed sales reports for management review.
    • Support the creation of sales messaging, follow-up strategies, and presentations.
    • Develop innovative methods for reaching and engaging with prospect personas.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract leads and land them as clients.

    Ideal Candidate:

    Experience:

    • Proven track record in business development or sales, ideally within digital marketing, technology, or creative industries.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
    • Experience in startup environments or managing limited resources is advantageous.

    Skills:

    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
