    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Business Development Manager will lead the company's business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Business Opportunity Identification:

    •    Research and identify potential business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnerships.

    Strategic Partnerships:

    •   Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

    Business Development Strategy:

    •   Develop and implement a business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.

    Sales and Marketing:

    •    Lead sales and marketing efforts to promote the company's services and capabilities.

    Proposal Development:

    •    Develop proposals and presentations to win new business.

    Client Relationship Management:

    •     Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

    Market Intelligence:

    •    Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
    • Proven track record of success in business development, with a strong portfolio of achievements.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the pipeline construction industry.
    • Ability to think strategically and develop effective business development plans.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    Performance Metrics:

    • New business revenue generated.
    • Number of new clients acquired.
    • Strategic partnerships established.
    • Sales and marketing campaign ROI.
    • Client satisfaction and retention rates.
    • Market share growth.
