    Business Development Manager

    Job Description:

    • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Cirvee.
    • As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with potential investors to expand our Edutech.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activity
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educators, industry partners, and government agencies
    • Secure grants and funding opportunities to support business growth and expansion
    • Identify and pursue new partnerships, collaborations, and business models to drive growth
    • Develop and manage sales pipelines, track leads, and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success to drive business growth
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports
    • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in business development or sales, preferably in the Edutech industry
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g. SalesIQ, Salesforce)
    • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
