    Business Development Manager (Outsourcing and Recruitment)

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager (Outsourcing and Recruitment) at Vantegral Consulting in Lagos.
    • The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the recruitment and outsourcing processes.
    • The Business Development Manager will work closely with the team to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
    • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Outsourcing
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills
    • Strategic planning and project management abilities
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
    • Certifications in Business Development or related areas are a plus
